Overview of Titanium Flanges
Titanium flanges are components made from non-ferrous metal titanium or titanium alloys, used to connect pipes to each other, typically at the ends of the pipes.
- Design: Titanium flanges have holes for bolts, allowing two flanges to be tightly connected. Gaskets are used between flanges for sealing.

The gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces of the flanges. When the nuts are tightened, the gasket surface undergoes deformation, filling any irregularities on the sealing surfaces, and ensuring a tight, leak-proof connection.
