Ti6AL4V ELI

Introduction to Ti6AL4V ELI Alloy:

  • Ti-6Al-4V ELI alloy is the most widely used titanium alloy in the world.
  • It exhibits an α+β dual-phase structure at room temperature, hence named as an α+β titanium alloy.
  • It possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, can be strengthened by heat treatment, and has good forging, stamping, and welding properties, with average machining performance.
  • It has high strength at room temperature, good heat resistance up to 150~500°C, excellent low-temperature toughness, and good resistance to seawater stress corrosion and hot salt stress corrosion.
  • Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy also features low density, high specific strength, low elastic modulus, low thermal conductivity, non-magnetic properties, and non-toxic characteristics.
