Brief

1983: China established its national military standard system.
1987: China’s first titanium-related national military standard, “Forged TC4 Titanium Alloy Billets for Aerospace Industry” (GJB 391-1987), was approved on August 28, 1987, and implemented in 1988.
Over the years, China has developed a relatively complete national military standard system for titanium and titanium alloy materials.
Currently, there are 34 items related to titanium and titanium alloys in the existing GJB standards, with 4 national military standards for titanium and titanium alloy sheets.
