Medical Titanium Alloy common grades

TC4 Titanium Alloy (6Al-4V):

• Constituents: 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, trace amounts of iron, carbon, hydrogen, and other elements.
• Features: High strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility.
• Applications: Orthopedic and dental implants.

TC3 Titanium Alloy (6Al-2.5Sn-ELI):

• Constituents: 6% aluminum, 2.5% tin, trace amounts of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and other elements.
• Features: High strength, dureté, résistance à la corrosion, and wear resistance.
• Applications: Orthopedic and dental instruments.

Ti-6Al-7Nb Titanium Alloy:

• Constituents: 6% aluminum, 7% niobium, small amounts of iron, chromium, carbon, nitrogen, and other elements.
• Features: High strength, excellent biocompatibility.
